Do we believe in ghosts? That's a question that our Professor Kinsley of English 112 class had asked all of us and only one person raised her hand to say that she believed in ghosts. I did not raised my hand because in a way people think you're crazy or something like that. But I got to tell you, I know many stories about ghosts or spirits like I call them.
When I was in my last year of high school back in 1985 a group of friends got together in Marcos basement to play with the Quija Board to find out wich questions were going to be asked in our Biology final exam and this was our most difficult exam because we had to memorize all the answer and let me tell you these were long answers....boy was that a mistake!!!
It turned out that a bad spirit came along and they didn't even asked what they were supposed to find out from the Quija board because according to my friends that were trying to get answers from this board thought it was all a game. They all ran out of the basement and were all shaky and very nervous. This all happen the day before the test and the following day they were still pale and shaking that none of them were able to take the exam.
Later Marcos explained to us that he went to his basement the following day and the spirit was making loud and very strange noises like the ones we hear in horror movies. He was afraid that he stay there and poured himself in blessed water and chased and cursed this spirit to the point that he disappeared. It even gives me the chills 23 years later after that happens even though that I wasn't present. I think in one way or another we all have had experiences like the one my friends experienced.
