In "How to Land the Job You Want" Davidyne Mayleas shows us more a more complicated organizational structure.

She gives us three specific rules and uses bold type in her writing to easily identify the rules, but for each of the rules, she adds what I might call, from 3 to 6 sub-points typed in italic format which makes difficult to comprehend and follow her article as it develops.

Although Mayleas organized these rules in a specific order, she should numbered the sub-points because they are difficult to remember being that there are 12 extra points and you might get mix-up with some of them. It would have been a better idea to numbered them instead of just leaving them there out in the open.

Personally speaking I thing after reading all those sub-points makes it harder to follow her main points and in a way it gets kind of boring.
