The True Meaning of Christmas!

I think we all know what the true meaning of Christmas is. Whether we follow it, or practice it it's another story. We seemed to forgot what our grandparents had taught us, and that it giving is better than receiving.

Christmas in New York City and around the world have been "materialized" in such of manner that when it arrives all we think about is what to get and that is gifts for some or all of our love ones. It is not a matter of giving to less fortunate anymore.

Thank God that there are some organizations such as Salvation Army that feeds and offer presents to those less fortunate. Giving is a way of believing that you could be of help to someone in need.

It is also a way to fulfill our hearts of satisfaction that you are making someones life a little happier. So please, on this Christmas when you're too busy shopping for one of your love ones and you see one of the Salvation's Army helpers hanging out on the cold just outside of your favorite shopping mall making a sound with the bell they carry and asking for a donation...............give. Remember that giving is better than receiving, that's the true meaning of Christmas.
